Product Description:
It's been a long time coming, but Skinny's come through with a decent album, a bit different than I expected. Heartfelt socially conscious lyrics from Skinny are arranged in a kind of concept album sequence, telling a semi-autobiographical tale of street life, prison and hip hop. It all sounds a bit shinier than most UK hip hopn though, thanks to some nice production, mainly from DJ Noize. Highlights include 'Fuck The Hook' and 'I'll Be Surprised.'
