1. DON'T PANIC! We we will make sure any problems are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Europe & Ireland: 3-10 working days
Rest of the World: 5-14 working days
These times can vary (depending on availability of stock, local postage service etc), so please contact us only after the maximum time has elapsed.

4. We will track and trace your package. Since all packages are sent via recorded delivery, in the rare instances that a package goes permanently astray, we are able to claim insurance and replace the goods, or issue a refund.
