Ordering is EASY! Just browse through the catalogue and add items to your basket as you go along. Then add some more.

When you wish to pay for your goods, click on 'view basket' so you can review whats in your basket before you get to the checkout.

DON'T FORGET TO SELECT YOUR FREE RECORDS/CDS FROM THE DROP DOWN MENUS IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER THE VALUE OF £15.00!!!

Should you wish to change or take anything out of your basket you can make amendments, click 'update' and then go to the checkout.

When you wish to pay, you can do so by credit card (via our secure 3rd party credit card server), Paypal (by selecting the 'Pay via paypal' option), or by cash or cheque*

(*to pay by cash or cheque, the procedure is the same, except, once at the checkout click on 'print order form' and send the printed out order form along to us with your cash/cheque.)

We will normally despatch your order within two days of receipt. In cases where an item is out of stock, we will firstly attempt to source a replacement. If this proves unavailable, we will offer either replacement goods of your choice to the same value, or a full refund.

Nb. Orders will be sent to the address entered on the credit card (Worldpay) site. If you want records delivered to an alternative address you must inform us by email once the order has been placed.

Returns Policy
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management. However, our policy statement below will give you an idea of how we will approach refund/return requests.

Guarantee
All merchandise is new, unless otherwise stated, and it is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects.

Complaints
We have every confidence that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you have a complaint, then please address it to us by e-mail (see contact information above). On receipt of your complaint, we will send acknowledgment and let you know our course of action. All complaints will be dealt with fairly, in confidence, and as quickly as possible.

Returns
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. A full credit will be given within 30 days for faulty products only. We will not accept unwanted products as a legitimate reason for return - we are not a lending library, purchase decisions must be made before orders are placed. Unless the product is genuinely faulty we are not obliged to credit you. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and if an exchange is arranged, the cost of re-shipping the new product(s). No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be prepaid.

Any products that you receive that are damaged will be replaced free of charge, wherever possible (excluding shipping fees). To return a damaged item you must first notify us within 7 working days of receipt.

To Return An Item
First contact us by e-mail for permission. We will need your name, contact information and details of the product and original order. Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased.
